Ralph Covert, Dan Zanes, and the Wiggles Walk Into A Bar...

... and say, hey, we all have an iTunes Essentials list!

That's right, there's now a Ralph's World Essentials list to go along with Zanes' and the Wiggles' lists. Since I, uh, compiled it, let me know which of your favorite RW songs I skipped. Not that it'll change the list at all, but you might feel better.

Great list... You can't really go wrong with any of Ralph's songs. His consistency is what makes his CDs so great to listen to over and over.

Our fave song not included is "You Can't Rollerskate in a Buffalo Herd"

I'll fee better if I lt you know that I think the list is mostly complete (I almost thought you left out The Coffee Song, but was relieved when I saw it), but I think "Hideaway" belongs on it.

I don't envy your task, because all of his songs are so good. But I have to give honorable mention to Belly Button, Tea Tale, Treehouse Orchestra, and Miss Molly Crackerjack. And it's always bothered me that both The Coffee Song and Happy Lemons, while great songs lyrically, are almost identical musically. But that's just me--my kids couldn't care less.

Great overall list, but in my household our 2 year old can't get enough Green Gorilla.
